I often struggle choosing a weight loss method to help kickstart my weight loss journey because like many, I too get lazy, way poorly and before I know 10-20 lbs creep up. I read this book it’s easy to read and the science behind the method just made sense to me. I went from 160 lbs. down to my lightest since high school, 142 lbs. I felt great and did not have rebound weight gain when I got off the carb cycling!
