Loved it! Loved it! Loved it! I really don't understand why the supposed critics of this thought it so bad. Myself and my children have watched the animated version and we loved that. Then when we heard a live action version was being released, we waited and binge watched the lot. What I loved most, I think, was how true to the animated version it was. Plus the characters, we're very visually similar in both. The whole thing was just superb. I really, really hope there will be a series 2 as we need to meet the rest of the group that comes into it later on.

I don't understand why this didn't get much better reviews. This is just one of the funniest, fast paced and all round wonderful, feel good Christmas films that I've had the pleasure to watch in a very long time. Yes, it's a little predictable from time to time. But it's a necessity to see the story through. Highly recommended. 😀

Really don't understand why this film received such bad reviews, just watched it for our family movie night and we all absolutely loved it!!! Even my son, who usually has the attention span of a goldfish, didn't take his eyes off the screen from start to finish. He was mortified to discover there would not be a second instalment. Story line was gripping and action packed. Loved it!!!! Even the suprise cameo at the end....... Such a shame.

This, without question, has to be the best animated film i have seen in a very long time. I couldn't take my eyes of it. The story, the music, the colours, the MAGIC!!!! I laughed and cried, I think I even held my breath a few times. Such a powerful, dramatic film, a completely new and wholly original idea.I most definitely will be watching this again. Just WOW!

Absolutely awesome film!! I really didn't understand the negative reviews from critics. We basically put this film on as it was a Christmas film we hadn't watched yet, but after 10 minutes, everyone had put down phones and ipads and were glued to this film. No speaking, no fidgeting. Perfect family film!!! Lovely idea, Wonderful story, can't recommend it enough!

So many times I read reviews of this movie and read the constant whining about how how much it lacks on facts and it doesn't represent the real vlad the impailer!!! For Pity's sake...... it's about Dracula!!! Who, may I just confirm for the record, IS A FICTION CHARACTER!!!!!! So forgive me, how can it in any way be based on any type of fact! Yes vlad himself was a real historical figure, and one hell of a ruler. But Dracula is a fictional novel. Put the two together is hardly going to be swimming in historical facts! As for the film as a fiction idea. I Loved it! Luke Evans played a phenomenal role, it was passionate and bold. Such a shame it was left with so much potential for a follow up.But nothing seems to be following up. Such a shame if you ask me.
