Shame on you Ashton! You are supposed to be your team's leader and you DID lead your team in a totally disrespectful manner. You led your team to think it's okay to be undermining and bullying Kate and Riley! It made you and your team look like a bunch of nonthinking goofballs. I hope you're really proud of yourself for looking like a petty child throwing a temper tantrum because of your petty feelings that you can't leave at the door. You started on Kate and undermining her from the very beginning of the season. You should NOT be in charge of a crew when you can't even understand common decency yourself. You made yourself and your team looking like morons. Kate....Major respect and kudos to you. As per usual, you have maintained professionalism and human decency and I applaud you. I realize what you have to do and deal with people who don't have the same work ethic and that has to be hard. Personally, I think you handle it brilliantly! Better than I would and you do it with humor. You stay you Kate!
