Just reading the critic review of this movie and I find it humorous how their attempts at sounding eloquent and intelligent come crashing down around them. "A shapeless comedy of little merit" by Ian Nathan. How many comedies have you seen Mr. Reader, that made you laugh till you cried have merit? After watching said comedy did you then judge it based on it's merit. (hell no) What a completely riduculous comment aimed at making himself sound relevant. Hey Mr. Nathan, ACME college called and they want their journalism degree back. This movie is friggin hilarious! It is a cult classic for the very reason that it is friggin hilarious. When a comedy becomes this iconic it kind of creates it's own merit don't you think Ian?

GOT has set a new bar for excellence on the small screen. Each episode feels like a $60M-$80M movie. The enormously talented cast is well enormous. The plot is deep and broad. (if you haven't read the books it might help to get a cheat sheet for the families) The cinematography is fantastic. It truly has every aspect of a great show covered you will not be disappointed. Even if you are not into the genre I believe you will enjoy this show.
