Paul Busby

I liked the acting, the costumes and the settings. But I felt that this was a film pandering primarily to political correctness so it would get good reviews in the Guardian etc. If this was based more or less on the Dickens story it would not have so many characters from ethnic backgrounds. I would have liked this multicultural approach to an original story, but not to an existing book. There were also what seemed to be to be too many characters, and a lot of loose ends.
