Overall, good show. I liked the characters and most of the designs. The stories were well written, though a few tweaks could have made them better. Batman has an arc in the season as he battles the crooks. I still don't know why Penguin was made into a woman, it didn't really add anything. Penguin being a man wouldn't have made a difference either. I do feel she would have been better or more entertaining over Thorne being the mobster of the season. Clayface episode got me hyped, but...the ending didn't land for me. Catwoman was okay, but could use some developing. Needs an arc in a season 2 episode. Bullock and Flass I feel were used great in the series. I don't know if the writers'll try and save their butts so they can be crooked cops some more or if we're done with the pair. Firebug's suit was disappointing but what they did with him, is see why so little effort was put in his design. I liked Harley and her suit design, except the colors. Wish they had stayed with the red and black inside of brown and...whatever shade of yellow that was. Gentleman Ghost was cool with his reverse Robin Hood, but why steal a Hakwman villian? Then they steal a Green Arrow villain...again (Vertigo in Animated Series). He wasn't even that cool in the episode. Use KGBeast or the Terrible Trio. Nocturne is an interesting episode. Natalia looks like Wednesday and they have 3 robins appear: Dick, Jason, and Carrie. If they do have Robin appear, will it be Tim??? The last two are Two-Face episodes and I like the reverse they did. SPOILERS BEWARE He's been a jerk the entire show, but when burned on the rightside of his face he gets a change of heart to be good. Still have Right side is good, left bad, but again it is flipped backwards from the usual side he's burned on. The villians aren't going to be anybody's new favorite take I feel besides Gentleman Ghost for me maybe. Joker is teased at the end and I think he'll be the most serious version seen in animation.

First, I don't see this show as a continuation of the 80s one. No really reason for it to be connected it. Watch it as its own thing. It has it's own identity. The art is good. Everybody is drawn and animated well. It's mostly visually appealing. I do love the opening poster art better. The design choices for the show are mostly good. Skeletor's physique isn't bulky like in the original but still muscular. I like Adam being leaner than He-man. Teela's haircut is that tween wannabe punk style that never looks good. Besides that I don't think much of the design are too drastic besides the later Tri-clops outfit. Magic in the show is very detailed and it looks awesome. Sadly, no theme song. Don't get why these new shows never have theme songs. Some dialogue is hit or miss. Teela's rants (you'll see at the end of the first episode) are very annoying and dumb. There is good dialogue as well. Evil Lyn and Teela have a good chat. Orko and Evil-Lyn have a very heart warming chat. Evil-Lyn is the standout for me. And if you have a loose knowledge of some obsure characters, you'll see them and like them. Mereman is only in an episode, and I wish he was there more. There really could have been more of everybody that were sidelined in the show as supporting characters. Everyone that says it's Teela's show is correct. She get her own solo actions and arc and the others either support her or get moments with other support characters. It's called Masters of the Universe, make it an ensemble show. Characters do get a couple badass or warm moments, but then tossed away. The new character does not add anything, however and cpuld have been replaced with an existing character. She could have been left by the way side when Roboto appeared. All in all, the five episodes I think should have been more. Ten perhaps, but there is a lot wrong in the show

Starboy and Jessica were the main focus of the film and they both were annoying. Jessica has a sassy "f this" attitude except when she doesn't feel like it. Really flips back and form for no reason. Not worth ditching John. Starboy's naive, like any young hero but he has zero charm. He is only they to give half explanations, guy can't even fully explain something. His only other job is to say "I'm a hero." The movie also wants to ship them, but chemistry between them is flatter than Iris and Barry on Flash. Skip this film, you are not missing anything.

It has a great story. Clark not knowing what he is but dealing with himself being different. Parasite is a great villain. He is human but looks alien. J'onn Jonns also had that issue. He's an alien and looks different, but I do feel like he is shoehorned into the story just to help Superman. He deserves to be more than a second stringer for Kryptonians. His voice acting is spot on, though. Everyone is voiced well. Zachary Quinto's voice at first was jarring, but he blends into the role well. He is also shoehorned in as well. He, Lobo, and J'onn all give explanation to move the plot along or spoonfeed info. For examaple, Lob states ge is shocked Superman has powers, but he also brings a kryptonite ring thinking it would hurt Superman. He does it just so the story can use it later. And lines and object extablished are brought back throughout the film. Lois makes a power play comment and it comes back a couple times. It is a great film. Love the art. I do wish there were or organic build for stuff rather than shoving them into the plot for no real reason, like Lex in the third act.

I wish this had been a movie instead of a series so it had been over sooner. The scene where our lead is all over her co-worker, switch the genders and all the sjws would yell rape. It isn't funny. It isn't clever. It's much like all of prime timeline trek (Discovery, Picard, and now this) when it hope nostalgia will get it too like it. I really hope Pike's series will avoid be dumb action like the other three modern trek shows.
