Solo and Rogue One are fresh hero adventures that exceed all of the other episodes which have come out since the original classic trilogy. In many ways these new installments take the franchise up a couple of notches. Solo has a Wild West flavor set in space. The fact that it was directed by Ron Howard, features Woody Harrelson from Cheers and Emilia Clarke: (The Mother of Dragons from Game of Thrones) should clue you in as to just how special this movie really is. I'm going to purchase rather than rent this one and Rogue One on my Amazon Prime account because they are well worth watching again and sharing. Solo is great both for adults and children. It features a key role with Lando Calrissian from the Empire Strikes Back. Also Han meets Chewbacca for the first time and the Great Millennium Falcon comes into his possession. Alden Ehrenreich did an awesome job of playing a young Han Solo. Not sure what the Disney executives had against this piece because it turned out absolutely perfect in my opinion. The low box office revenues are mainly due to a lack of commitment and follow-through on marketing this truly great movie. Can't wait to see what happens in the next episode when the beautiful Qi'ra goes to face Darth Maul..
