What was Tom, thinking. You just got a reliable skilled character killed. So you can replace her with another, that has zero skills other then pick pocketing. She cant drive, cant fight, cant shoot, and has repeatedly proven herself to be self centered, and unreliable. Why would a specialist force like the IMF, would want someone like her as a team member. She will be of no use and get the whole team killed. This series was awesome, but the decision to involve her was probably the biggest blunder the franchise has commited. You should have kept the red haired chick recruit the blonde Asian chick (she had some killer skills) and dropped the pick pocket down a cliff somewhere.
