Rated 18+ in US? Here in Canada the 14A Canadian rating is more appropriate. Watched it with my 12 year old daughter ready to pause scary parts but never had to once. There's a few F bombs dropped as a sexual reference a few times but the movie itself is pretty tame as far as horror/thriller. All in all not a bad movie for a bit of a creepy thrill. Not great but good enough.
