I watched it once again. It is one of the best movies on feudalistic and caste based social life in rural India. It exposes as how downtrodden claases of people are harassed by rich and high. At the same time it shows that injustice cannot prevail for ever and the perperators of atrocities have to face the consequencies. Pran's role is inspirational. Music and songs are very good with meaningful wordings.
