Didn't expect this book to be religious but I still tried to read it not in a religious stand point until I know I just can't take myself to read it anymore, it's that bad. Very opposing to it's title. Makes you feel worse, demonizes Self-love and even calls it a cult. Invalidating other's feelings. Etc. Etc.
Dont waste your time reading it.
