Posting this review several months after we walked out of the theater. IMO a genuinely lame attempt at making a lighthearted superhero movie into a deep and profound cinema experience that is so dark that its truly disturbing. It starts out with the main character being an unhinged drunk, taking out his aggressions on his crew, then enters the world of animal abuse in a most graphic and intense way. And that was just the first 15 minutes. Can't tell you anything beyond that, as we fully expected a continuation of the positivity of the first two installments. Epic fail. Will not return to any marvel movies in the future based on the disturbing direction the franchise has taken.
