Vaazhai (Banana) Tamil Movie Positive: Village / cinematography / Actors acting / Background music score Negative: Over hyped movie via Social media / Few Logic missing scenes / Few missing Story dots From a farmers family, I too have lifted bananas during 90s from fields to truck. In our village, mostly it would not be more long distance to carry over shoulders / Head unless required, as majority of fields are well connected with paths for trucks and wondering if banana plantation is cultivated through out whole year, requiring to carry via shoulders / head only for all 365 days. Also no one will hurt a person for just eating 1/2 bananas out of bunch,as in farms riped bananas in tree might get eaten by birds too. Also the actual suffering of banana workers are not shown here. For leading a basic life, everyone should work with available good ways. Closing the climax with accident deaths / boy telling lie and running for food not creating a sensational end. It’s again a shaded movie, as everything happens because of 1 Rs hike. Current people both in rural / urban stuck with anxiety/ stress, when everyone praise Mariselvaraj as Good Director, Wish if he can take a feel good movie to bring smiles in all faces, rather always picking a past forgotten history as a selling product to make business now.
