Linnea Perry

I was surprised by how much I loved this movie! It’s a lot like the book, and it’s one of those rare times where the movie was almost as good as the novel. I went in with really low expectations, and though it was cheesy at times, it’s probably my new guilty pleasure/comfort movie. Acting was alright, not so bad that it got in the way of the storytelling, but I didn’t really like their illustration of Poe. Still, I’d say it’s worth a watch if you’re looking for an easy to follow movie with a bit of sad in the mix.
