I've tried get into this show and give it a chance. Two episodes into the first season and I can't watch anymore. Tyler Perry DESPERATELY NEEDS WRITERS. I can't stress this enough. He needs fresh ideas,fresh perspectives,and not always have the typical gay/questionably gay character. There's no depth to these characters. His other shows The Haves And The Have Nots and If Loving You Is Wrong started off great and then went off the rails. Not even going to give The Oval a chance. Just scrap all of them and start over.
