Fabulous series with wonderful locations. Rick is at his best talking about the Cornwall he loves. However, the programme has been ruined for me, as so many are these days, by annoying, constant, repetitive music in the background. There is absolutely NO need for it, it does nothing to enhance my viewing, in fact quite the opposite. There was even one point in one of the episodes where it was said "It's just lovely to hear the birds singing" !!!!! However, they could not be heard because of the irritating music in the background. Why do the producers think we need music added, especially when someone is talking. It used to be called rude ! Just stop doing it please.

It started out as a fabulous weekly magazine type programme with lots of interesting celebrities appearing. It still does of course. However the whole programme could be done in just over 1 hour instead of two. There is far too much time spent by Alan telling us what is "Coming Up". I really hate that phrase, then after the inevitable ad break every 12 minutes or so, he then comes back on and tells all over again what is "Coming Up" !!! Do the producers think we all suffer from amnesia? Please just get on with the programme. The programme also occasionally suffers with the dreadful added music when someone is talking, very distracting, rude and totally unnecessary.
