Awesome movie. Grew up as a kids watching those movies. By far that is what a remake should be. I believe it told the story an finished the story. It brought friends back together even though one has passed on. Getting to pass down my childhood movies to my kids an showing them that these remakes now days suck this one showed out an let us feel like a kid again. It was amazing
