Typical antagonist did not kill Asta even though he had all the time and chance in the world It is a magic kingdom but those people whenever gets weak calls for Asta and anti-magic user (lets just ignore this part for now) and the antagonist locked up all the captains but guess what he did not absorb their power using his grimoire, but he did absorb Noelle's grimoire and power... and he did absorb julius's power so I suppose his grimoire but guess what he never used it in his final fight... So he never did nor used anything that could've given him the final victory... and The black bull even after having someone like Henry Legolant does not use him to absorb powers of the enemy, but they had to show Asta as all powerful so there we go... Asta's blade does not cut human even though he tries to slash people in the belly but when he wants to give them small scratch that they can recover from it works perfectly well And after all that talk about not killing someone to achieve his goal he went all out and killed Conard... well he was alive unlike the other past kings who were resurrected none of the ideals and scene made sense. coming to another major fight scene where Mereoleona used the max power that anihilated metals with her fire lava kind of power but a human with all flesh Princia Funnybunny was still able to stand without her skin nor her cloths melting or burning even a little... they should've bought their tailor he could've won the war for them. last but not the least Conard had the sword Conard had the power Conard Could have just gone to other nations taken their magic power like heart kingdom would've been such a strong and good choice they have more power and magic than clover nation and secretly could've killed everyone from there. its not like only clover has mana junctions There are over 90% people who liked it There is also this IMDB drunk reviewer who rated it personally speaking it was not worth the wait nor the watch
