As a medical professional, I'm not satisfied by the sheer incompetence and lack of attention to detail that permeates every page of this disaster.
The writing is clumsy, the organization is haphazard, and the content is riddled. The authors seem to have a fundamental misunderstanding of basic medical concepts, and their attempts to explain complex surgical procedures are akin to trying to describe a Ferrari to a kindergartener.
The illustrations are laughable, resembling something a 5-year-old would draw after a sugar high. I've seen more accurate depictions of human anatomy on a kindergartener's placemat.
I'm not sure what's more disturbing - the fact that this book was written by supposed medical professionals or that it was actually published.
Lastly what kind of English is used in this book???
