As someone who went through domestic violence, going back to my abuser, the shelter and welfare system and working my way through housing and job markets, this series was healing and on point. I cried. I laughed and I screamed with joy at her wins. It was the therapy I never knew I needed. I’m crying writing this because the voice this series gave is incredible. The transitional housing, the self- sabotage…. It was beautiful. I want to thank Netflix for this
