Ordinarily I love the show but on 12/2 the producers crossed the ‘objectivity line’ by airing a Jane-Gary vanity piece. One of the endearing things about the show is keeping the distance between commentators and their subjects. Today the show morphed into ET.

Nora O’Donell taking over the anchor slot for the CBS evening news is a disaster. Ms. O’Donell presents herself affected, wooden and in a word “phony.” Replacing Jeff Glorr was a big mistake.
