I might be wrong in this. But I find the whole movie to make the male lead a bad guy and the female the victim. While her first love seems to be the prince that helps her break free. But it’s a lot of lack of communication. A lot of miscommunication and not enough understanding the other person past. Everyone has the right to open up about their past and choose when they’re ready. But in my personal opinion a lot of this could’ve been avoided. If she had opened up and explain her past same for him. Then they would’ve had a better understanding of each other. Both excepting each other past and moving forward. Then the past lover needing to stay in his lane. Him prejudging her bf because of an accident that both of them got hurt causing a fight, creating tension in the relationship. Ultimately creating the butterfly effect of the next events. I truly believe that this movie everyone is at fault and everyone needs to work on themselves.
