Was playing for a while and canceled my subscription because I went out of state for work, noticed that I've gotten billed for 4 months while away. Called Playstation and they said I just needed to call, no refunds, and i couldn't escalate it nor would it be investigated. Why even have an option to cancel subscriptions if it doesn't work? Seems like a super shady way to try and steal money from people who aren't paying attention. I guarantee 90% of their money has come from people forgetting about a subscription, or a subscription that was "canceled" but they were rebilled anyway. I shouldn't have to call and verify every action I take actually worked or not. Why even have the option to let people cancel the subscriptions at that point, unless it's SPECIFICALLY designed to steal another month of payment from customers? This belongs here because there is no in-game way to cancel subs, you can only GIVE them money. But, the consoles say you can cancel and you will continue to be billed. Proceed with caution.
