I'm not always in the mood for a more contemplative and eerie film, but this movie compelled me. Despite just wanting an easy watch a few minutes before bedtime, I sat through the whole thing and enjoyed every minute of it. This is a movie that wants you to think, and while you're doing that it entertains you with a mysterious plot development and interesting characters. The themes and takeaways aren't too hard to deduce, but it does take a little bit of critical thinking and paying attention. I found all 3 acts to be engaging and I even clicked back to try and summarize the main ideas the writer was trying to get across. I found act 2 to be particularly interesting and I would love to hear the writer's thoughts on the end. I want more!
