I’ve played all the borderlands games, and I’m really enjoying this gameplay experience so far. The spell-casting is absolutely insane. The story was good, but I’m in it for the looting and shooting. Character customization is a welcome addition. The guns are, and always have been, the best part of Gearbox’s looter shooters. The inclusion aspect of the game is refreshing. I’d be tempted to say this game is the best gearbox game so far, if they pushed it towards an experience similar to destiny 2. I already feel that level of commitment to my character that I get when I ride out on destiny 2. I would trade that experience in for this one in a heartbeat, no question. Currently pushing a Graveborn/Spellshot build and I can’t be stopped! Like Lord Voldemort on steroids!!
