This film is a thought provoking introduction into the uncomfortable topic of human trafficking. Not a traditional subject for the entertainment industry to explore, but an opportunity to make the viewer aware of the enormity and physical/emotional implications of this illicit industry. Clearly meant to encourage viewers to share a sense of greater awareness with others as well as to raise this issue to legislators for greater action. The fact that the United States of America is the greatest consumer of this slavery, is a profound embarrassment and cause for great concern.
