Terribly written. Everything from how Vietnam soldiers get " re-addicted" to heroin after coming back from war, to a study on how birds peck at their mothers for food as examples. Disrespectful of veterans in my opinion as my grandfather was in the Vietnam war. The strategy he is explaining could have been explained in 25 pages not 306 pages. I couldn't take any more after page106 and threw it out. The only reason I made it to page 106 is because the company I work for wanted 2 managers from each property to read it. Obviously no one had read the book cover to cover before suggesting it.
