Love love loooove this movie. So gently directed, so beautifully acted. Amazing all round.

It’s a shame that Jenny From The Block was the lead in this. It could’ve been quite a good film without her. I’m giving it a 3 cos I actually watched it the whole way through to the end. She’s so unbelievable in this role, such a shame.

Is this the 2020’s version of The Room? Yes, yes it is! Gosh, I haven’t had so many laughs in a very long time. I give it 5 stars, but only because of how ridiculous the whole movie is. So many great moments, but my fave would have the be the crack addled news reporter towards the end of the movie. Then there’s the terribly edited moment when Mary’s ex priest husband removes the attacker off her. And let’s not forget Martin Lawerence’s nostrils. They themselves should have a credit.

When superman goes bad. Is it a horror? Is it a comedy? Who the fu(k knows. Cools scene in the sky though.
