I use to like Kimmel until he started using the show to voice his political platform and continue to shove it down his audiences throat every night. It is suchnold material. Now, I turn the channel as soon as I hear his monolog. Apparently, he doesn't care that his ratings are tanking. People don't care what his political views are. They'd rather hear well-written monolog.
