I am rather impressed with this series! Folks that have given it grave reviews have not given the show enough viewing time. There are gripping characters, character development, and fun little quirks that tie aspects of some of our most told tales. I love how the show doesn't simply do a gloss-over of the 3 Little Pigs or Little Red Riding Hood, but rather reinvents them by taking themes from those stories and twists them to fit into a more relevant, current landscape that the audience of today's day and age can really relate to.
I LOVE Tell Me a Story and truly look forward to viewing the episodes each week. I honestly think the show gets better and better as the overall story continues to develop. The characters' story lines really begin to intertwine and run into one another in more ways than you think. Just finished watching episode 8 this week and was BLOWN AWAY. The writers continue to throw in these left turns and ominous reveals that leave you, as the omniscient viewer, sitting on the edge of your seat, and writhing in heartbreak sometimes, given all the information you know and uncover, however remains unknown to the main characters. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! I really hope the story continues. Season 1 has been a wonderful adventure thus far and I cannot wait to continue on!
