Bought this a book direcly from the bakery, while visiting my sister. Had a great lunch. The bread was and is the best french bread around. Makes you feel like you're back in Paris! So as a chefy person I decided to buy the book. Great packaging by the way! Have used this book for 6 years now. My go to for bread making recipes. It's like living back in France and ALWAYS having fresh baguette at home. My neighbors now ask me for loafs for their special dinner parties. I love baking and sharing.
