While it's truly an emotional movie about AIs finally becoming human, the ending was... lazy. Except for the last scenes with Monica, of course, but the whole idea of the ending without spoiling it, is too out of place with the theme. Nevertheless, Jude Law's performance and the robotic-humanlike acting of Osment were the highlights. Suggested, but you MIGHT not enjoy the events leading to the ending all that much.
