The very first scene I thought it was gonna be a joke, one of those horror movies that makes you laugh. Kept watching though, the stabbings looked very real I was impressed. Very bloody and gruesome but in a very real way. Not a bad movie I'd watch again. 4 stars only because of the first scene otherwise would've gave it 5.
