I was a fan of the original ps1 game and this remake refreshes my memories of it. Really love the graphics and animations, was all worth purchasing for. As for the downsides, fans of the original ps1 game will notice that it is lacking something(or somethings). In my experience i was expecting the same long thrill and frill of the original, not to mention the puzzle solving challenges. It seems that they omitted some iconic areas and alter situations like the helicopter exploding on top of the building while the ps1 game has the helicopter shot down by nemesis at the clock tower. And the cut scene from the ps1 where Carlos makes a heroic task on STAGLA gas station take down a horde of zombies while in the remake, it happened at the hospital after he administered the antivirus to Jill. And the DEAD FACTORY location on the ps1 game is now an underground LAB beneath the hospital in the remake and many more others. Just based from my experience the game is Compressed and SUMMARIZED. Just a bit disappointed but still a fan. Thank you CAPCOM.
