Horrible experience of seeing rich people cribbing about everything

Finally saw Ghost Stories. I must say it was bad, preety bad. The only thing worthy in the whole film was the spooky sound edit. Of the 4, Story 1 was actually the best. Shobita, Sukant and Kusha came out as over acting ki dukkan. Loved Jhanvi, Surekha Sirki, Avinash and Mrunal. Rest were as expected. Somehow Kitu Gidwani and Vijay Verma were all under utilized. Storytelling and storyline of 2, 3 and 4 were all absolutely pathetic.

Extremely caricaturish representation of a new Independent India, especially a demonising representation of Hindu's at large, showing Hindu's as Inflexible, unadaptive, with pushy parents and non conforming society. Acting talent wasted. Several sub-plots were unexplore and were left. The promotional Picture had Ishan and Tabu, but the main plot was actually for the actoress Lata. Actoress who plays Lata's over protective mother could give a good run for Money to Sonam Kapoor for being an overacting ki dukan. One 20% of the story line made sense.

Climax was heart-wrenching... Even though it's Middle East but this is also reality faced by Possibly 1% Indian and it's across religion.
