The original is one of my favourite games and I was skeptical about this remake and how it would hold in comparison, but I think they did a spot on job at staying true to the original with having it's own flair too. Some sequences such as Pyramid Head appearances throughout the game and some slight changes to dialogue I felt were not quite as effective, but in all honesty I think the boss fights were actually better than the original (particularly "Abstract Daddy" was extremely well done). An excellent remake, I'm so relieved!
