Horrible! As an autistic artist, this book is mind boggling crappe, it just sounds like “how to perceive the world kind of like an autistic person” and that you need to be spiritual because existing and creativity is less in depth without spirituality which is a load of crock. It’s just so much spiritual heebeejeebee, literally just be mindful, practice being present, focus on some details and take notice. This book tells you that the universe is sending you signs and signals etc ladida nonsense. The universe does not have a special plan for you and that’s okay and amazing.
