Can't have 9 episodes of all video game action... With that said, I didn't read the books but i did play the games. I'm glad to see familiar things and different ones , as well. Im not looking for perfection or a geek layout copy of my childhood. To me the first season was great. Good story to keep you on the edge of your seat. The action was perfect enough. It entertained me. From the tech work to the story, it kept me coming back every week. Will come back for season 2
