The bar was low from the start. A miner strikes gold and his first instinct is to run into town firing a gun in the air (9 counted shots out of a 6 shooter, which happens countless times throughout the movie) screaming about being rich. Itโs never explained how Cicero, the protagonist, ends up with the miners gold after heโs shot by a shadowy gunman. Not only the lack of gun awareness by the producers, but the storm trooper aim by the towns members is bad enough to make you want to use one of their guns on yourself. There are multiple occurrences of people standing still as a pole and managing to avoid every bullet. By the end, after the whole town was hell bent on killing Cicero, they lose all interest and disregard the fact that he was accused of killing 3 people (no evidence was provided to change their mind). Ultimately, the plot has more holes than JFK, and the producers clearly know nothing about firearms and westerns. The acting is decent, and the cinematography slightly masks the dumpster fire of a script this movie has. Much better westerns out there.
