When talk radio first came out. I thought it was a great platform, for free speech and people to have their say on whatever the topic is at that time, My problem with the platform as I don't see how it is very impartial, as part of the process is when calling up you get put through to one of the researchers, and for me, if they don't agree with your point, you won't be chosen for a callback, I believe it would be more fair and impartial if the presenters selected calls at random.
