As much as I enjoy the plots and twists of this series, however it contains racist imaginary such as darker skinned Egyptians being portrayed as slaves to a lighter skinned king, such as actual woman like Suhad being seen as inferior and the enemy, which is huge hint on misogynoir and the Black men being portrayed as brutal and savage. This needs to change in television and movies.
