This was just another reboot and not even a good attempt at one. An obvious blend of so many things we've seen before. I can't imagine another version could save this abomination.

One of my favorite shows and it would be tragic if they didn't return for at least one more season. Such interesting stories with great comedy. Not enough shows like this out there. It's one I watch on repeat so the hiatus has been long but hasn't ruined the show for me.

How can anyone still be excited by this show after so many years of repetition. After 5 seasons it became insufferably predictable with every episode following the same tired formula. Whoever is involved has never fired a gun or seen a real one fired because not one character is affected by recoil and many have an incredible amount of ammo in one gun. Do they ever explain how characters can be soaked head to toe in the highly infectious blood of the "zombies" and not ever become infected themselves? Why is it that the only good people who are capable of taking care of themselves are the main characters and everyone else just went full scale evil to survive? And was Rick ever really a good person?

My family would watch this before camping season every year. Its an excellent movie that doesn't lose itself on its way to the ending. Great performances by everyone with a cool story proving you don't need billions of dollars to make a great movie. Amongst the many 90s flicks that threw some of the worst action/adventure stories at us, to throw this movie under the bus as some have at great length is a pathetic attempt of a cynical wannabe writer cutting down people who have made something out of their art. If you can do better than this movie, why aren't you? Hollywood needs you right now!

Why? The 3rd movie was a perfect ending. Maybe when "Toy Story 13, Woody's Revenge" comes out they'll get it.

Best werewolf movie to this day. If only they made more movies like this 'Twilight" might have never happened to us and the world would be a better place.

The fact anyone enjoyed this movie is indisputable proof that people are becoming increasingly entertained by the laziest and most pandering, storytelling. I used to root for the heroes. Now the only reason I watch the movies is to see them die. Nothing wrong with continuing a classic but do better

A nonsensical insult to everything the franchise used to be. After that abomination we can only hope Halloween Ends. Every attempt to reboot it gets worse. Sometimes simplicity does wonders and the twists in that movie felt like a kid tried to make Micheal Myers a deep and complex character. He wears a mask and kills people. If you can't make another movie out of that, don't.

Considering Stanley Kubrick's "the shining was so different from the sorce material, doctor sleep does both books and the movie justice by lining the movies up to work together seamlessly while staying so close to the second story. "You look enough like Shelly Duval to cover her most ridiculed role. No offense"
