So I started reading these books and finished them all within two weeks. With that being said I had all of the storyline fresh on my brain. I fell in love with these books the characters the whole setting and all. I feel like the movie was rushed. By no means did this movie completely suck but if you haven’t read the books you’re going to be completely lost. I also think that maybe the author changed the storyline a little bit maybe possibly to fit movie standards into making it PG-13. If this movie is lucky enough to get a second one I’m just going to say that they need to put the passion back into it. I feel like the actors are completely capable of this they did a very good job... they are just acting the Role they have been given. I think maybe they dialed back on everything so it would sell enough tickets/make more profit by appealing to the younger crowd. I also think by doing this they have hurt their selves in the long run. I feel like the author should’ve stood her ground knowing how many books she has sold already from what she wrote & that it should’ve been more in detail and also should not have held back on the juiciness of the emotions, the arguments, the cursing, the fighting, the character background, and also last but Definitely not the least but the Sex scenes. I’m hoping that this first Movie was just the beginning and the second is going to be amazing. That is if they make enough profit on this one because I think by trying to adapt to whoever standards they were trying to fit they may have just made the biggest mistake. Now with that being said I’m bout to go home and cry. I will be contemplating ever seeing the second if it comes out because I don’t want to be let down comparing apples to oranges. I want to be comparing the golden words I read to a golden movie. That isn’t what I got tonight.
