The condescending manner of BEN must have quite a negative impact on this program, especially when he is not in a positive position when he is speaking. He should limit his options and give us the viewing and paying audience the benefit of listening to the other cast. He continually cuts the other cast members off in mid conversation limiting options of these staff members. No equality with Big BEN!!! GET HIM OUT
