LIBERATING!! . The movie was such a liberating experience. The lifetime performance by Joaquin Phoenix was so Enthralling, ferocious , brutal , dark, sinister and at the same time so originally human. He gives the character such life that we empathise for the joker when he is beaten half to death or laugh along with him through his most painful moments. What a change in charisma during the later part of the movie !! The background score was on point making the whole experience thrilling from the start to the very end. We finally get to see inside the life and mind of Gotham’s clown prime of crime, something that we never saw in the previous joker characters. Such brilliant work by Todd Philips. An absolute masterpiece of a movie! Highly recommended to be watched.
