This movie is disgusting. I’d give it 0 if I could. I was excited about it for months before release because of the aesthetics, but I was severely disappointed and appalled. Don’t watch it if you’re morally sound. If you don’t think it’s right that a woman with the literal brain of a toddler goes gets groomed and exploited by Mark Ruffalo, don’t watch it. If you don’t think it’s right that this movie shows so many long, explicit “sex” scenes in which the heroine is getting harassed but doesn’t realize it. Don’t watch it. It’s sexualization and pedophilia disguised as feminism. Anyone who enjoys this film is actually morally sick.
