The promised early access for preordering on PS5 turned out to be a complete disappointment. On the first day, I couldn't even connect to the server, and they had the audacity to shift the blame onto PlayStation.
When we were finally able to play the game on the next day, the preorder and gold edition bonuses were nowhere to be found. They reassured us that we would receive them upon the official launch.
However, even after the official launch, those promised bonuses were still missing. They kept pushing back the release date, first to the first week of October, then to mid-October, and now there isn't even an estimated time of arrival (ETA). And to add insult to injury, there has been no compensation or acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused. All we get is a half-hearted apology and a request to bear with them.
This is a complaint directed at the game developers, and I urge them to take this matter seriously and address the issues promptly. The lack of transparency, broken promises, and poor customer service are simply unacceptable.
