Silver Black

Its was ok as a different version. But as a huge batman fan all my life it was just ok. Not enough cool spy-like gadgets. Not enough mind blowing equipment. I kept waiting and wanting more out of this film. I am a strong believer that the Dark Knight trilogy was far superior. The first 2 of the trilogy were epic. The first spectacular, the 2nd was truly epic. Ledger should have got an Oscar. He truly redefined the joker. Yes its worth watching. But as a batman super fan it was just ok.

I have watched it now 4 times. Interesting. Could have been better. The original in the 80s had a directors cut....horrible. I preferred the original with the voice over. Harrison Ford talking you through. His voice was fantastic. This has come close. But something about it is missing. Can't put my finger in it. I don't know is Gosling was the best choice. The fact that a Blade Runner was a replicant was strange. Blade Runners are supposed to be human.
