Emotionally empty with a dubious message.
I felt no connection to any of the characters, which made the whole thing feel meaningless. Things were just happening to them rather than being drawn by any motivation. Visually it's fine (aside from the blatant ripoffs from other sci-fi). The positive reviews confuse me though -- are people watching only with their eyes and not with their brains or hearts?
Not to mention the ultimate messages of the movie: "AI bots == good, humans == bad", "US == bad."
Like seriously who funded this commie gobbledigook?
