So far so good. It does deviate from the book, but that is okay given it is interesting to see another version of this story. If you haven't read the books, you should. Take you time reading them as the story moves around. I cannot wait to see how the show tackles the upcoming plots and twists form the books, or are they going to go all Walking Dead on us and deviate more from the written storyline. On another note, I wish someone would make a TV series out of the Slow Burn books, written by Bobby Adair. It is another post- apocalyptic, viral outbreak story, but with some really fun characters and it is told through the eyes of the virals called Slow Burns. These books read like a TV show and would be entertaining on screen.
